We now stand at 65 supportive presbyteries which is already 23 more than the final count of 42 in 2002 with many traditionally-support presbyteries yet to vote after Easter and to May 19. Moreover, so far 25 presbyteries have "flipped" from opposition in 2001-2 to support in 2009. This extraordinary trend for flipping from opposition to support began with Western North Carolina Presbytery. The score is now 65-81. Presbytery voting will continue after Easter.
