First Presby, Nancy Jane Earnest, is going to be telling stories from the Bible at the Bible Storytelling Festival October 12th and 13th in Gray. Nancy is on from 10:45-11:20 on Saturday the 13th.
Here is a bit about Nancy Jane:
Greatly influenced by the flannel storyboards and crafts of the vacation Bible schools of her childhood, Nancy Jane learned early on that visual cues make stories come alive. When she set out to tell her own favorite stories, she developed a unique style utilizing on the spot illustration and an active dialogue with her audience. She loves to perform Bible stories not only because their spiritual insight transcends the generations, but also because they are as fresh today as they were thousands of years ago.
