First Presbyterian of Elizabethton, celebrating 225 years of women wearing pants, has a second event lined up for our Heritage Year. Not only do many women at First Pres. wear pants, some of them wear THE pants.
Back to the topic: next weekend we are excited to welcome Michael Morgan. He is going to display his Bible collection at Presbytery on March 1st and then he will display them at our Adult Forum on Sunday March 2nd, play a few pieces on our organ for worship, and do a recital entitled: Hebrew Songs for Christian Seasons: Psalms for the Church Year at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 2nd.
This is going to be awesome.
I just saw on the Covenant Network site that Michael Morgan wrote a hymn for their November gathering "O God Of All, We Bless Your Name."
