Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. has decided to make available as a charitable contribution our inventory of busses. Employees of NFS are encouraged to contact their favorite charity (church, scouting, etc.) and inquire if their favorite registered charity is interested in being awarded one of these busses for their transportation needs.
Each bus looks at least as good as this.
Each bus will be given away in running condition, as is where is. Busses may be inspected by calling Chris Weir (X 1704 or 791-1281) . Winners of the busses will be chosen via random drawing of all entries submitted. Each employee may enter once via NFS plant email for their favorite charity. At the completion of the drawing the busses will be titled directly to the winning charity.
Entries for the drawing will be for the opportunity to win one of the busses and not an entry to win one particular bus. To be eligible to win each charity must be registered under IRS Regulation 501(c)(3).
Entries should be sent via email to Mr. Bob Burckhardt, Director of Purchasing Services no later than COB April 25, 2008 and the drawing will be held on April 30, 2008. Mr. Burckhardt will confirm receipt of your entry prior to the drawing. Your email entry should include the following:
- Name, address and confirmation of 501(c)(3) status of your charity
- Contact person and phone number at that charity of the person responsible for picking up bus and accepting title
