Tennessee Equality Project: Tri-Cities Chapter!

In addition to PFLAG Tri-Cities, I am thrilled that we have another group for LGBTQ justice in East Tennessee. It is the Tennessee Equality Project. For more information, go to their MeetUp page.

The Tennessee Equality Project is all about "Advancing and protecting the civil rights of our State’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender citizens and their families."

Here is a note from the organizer of TEP Tri-Cities, Joe Rhymer:
TEP is a GLBT organization dedicated to establishing equality for the GLBT community within the state of Tennessee. We hope to serve not only to help promote positive GLBT state and local legislation in Tennessee, but also help to serve the many needs of the Tri-Cities GLBT community.

We have monthly meetings and other periodic social events that will be listed and announced on this website and via e-mail. Feel free to keep updated just by reading those, but it's a lot more fun if you get involved and attend when you can.

We look forward to seeing you at our next event!

Regards,
TEP Tri-Cities
