I just got the word about this from Keith Pilkey. The Southern Appalachian International Film Festival will take place October 11-14 at ETSU.
Check the website for film descriptions and places and times they will be shown. There are some great films about Appalachia. History, music, culture, politics, you name it. Oddly, the only trailer I could find on the website was the trailer for Thong Girl.
