The Senate passed the stimulus package 61-37. Every stubborn, selfish, short-sighted, narrow-minded, greedy Republican (except 3) voted against it. A special committee will hash out the details. H/T TGW

ReplyDeleteShuck, if you cannot take the time to see other people's point of view besides your own, you have a real problem. Simply calling other people names, such as "selfish, short-sighted, narrow-minded, greedy" is chidish in my opinion. I guess I am all those things because I believe wholeheartedly that the Stimulus package that Obama is about to sign into law is the last straw in bankrupting this country and crashing our dollar.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to blame Republicans, blame them for how they wasted money over the past eight years with Bush. They made the right decision this time around. Only time will tell, but I am sure you will not link two and two together and see how government spending, waste, and meddling in the economy is the cause of the economic turmoil we are facing and going to face.
